I remember sitting alone in my office, fighting back tears of frustration. Another “proven” business strategy had failed me, and I couldn’t shake the crushing thought that maybe I just wasn’t cut out for this. Every time I watched others successfully implement the same strategies that left me drained and discouraged, that voice of self-doubt grew louder: “Maybe I’m not good enough. Maybe business isn’t for me.”

But what I discovered next changed everything.

As I delved into Human Design, I made a profound discovery that brought tears of relief: I wasn’t broken – I was just following strategies that weren’t designed for me. As a Projector, I was trying to run my business like a Generator, and it was like trying to force a square peg into a round hole.

This realization led me down a path of deep exploration, working with diverse entrepreneurs and discovering that this misalignment wasn’t unique to me. So many of us were struggling not because we weren’t capable, but because we were following business advice that didn’t match our unique energetic design.

Through this journey of self-discovery and working with clients across all Human Design types, I’ve developed an authentic business Human Design framework that honors our individual differences while providing a clear path to success. It’s not perfect, and I’m still learning every day, but it has transformed both my business and the businesses of my clients

This framework consists of five essential steps that work for every Human Design type, though how you implement them will be as unique as you are:

Step 1: Authentic Business Human Design Foundations: Your Decision-Making Authority

I used to sit at my desk surrounded by business plans and marketing strategies, feeling completely drained. Despite following every “proven” method and expert recommendation, something felt fundamentally wrong. That disconnect led me to a life-changing discovery: Human Design.

Understanding my unique strategy and decision-making authority as a Projector transformed everything. Those “illogical” business decisions that somehow worked perfectly? They weren’t flukes – they were signs of my natural wisdom at work. This realization showed me why conventional business strategies often leave entrepreneurs feeling burnt out and misaligned. That’s where the authentic business human design framework started its way to the light.

Step 2: Uncovering Your Natural Zone of Genius

My journey to finding my expertise wasn’t linear – it was revealed through patterns I initially overlooked. As a Projector with a 2nd line profile (even though unconscious), I noticed something fascinating: while I couldn’t always see my own gifts clearly, others consistently pointed them out.

This pattern emerged repeatedly in client interactions. I would share what seemed like obvious observations about someone’s business, only to have them amazed by the insight. What felt natural to me – seeing others’ potential and illuminating their path, mastering complicated systems in no time – turned out to be my unique gift as a 6/2 Projector.

Of course, this is an oversimplification. Our sun gate holds a lot of power when it comes to determining our “life theme,” yet that’s for another discussion.

As someone with a myriad of different fields of expertise, finding my “IT” in business wasn’t really easy. And who knows, maybe it might change overtime. I have learned one really profound lesson throughout my journey though – not every skill I have needs to become my business.

Step 3: Creating Your Transformational Business Offer

The breakthrough in developing my business offer came when I stopped forcing it into conventional molds. Instead of packaging my knowledge into what I thought a “proper” business should look like, I learned to trust my natural ability to guide others.

So after I nailed down my unique way of making decisions and found the skills that actually bring me joy when I use them to help others, the question was simple – finding a problem I can fix using these skills. Creating a transformation. Taking my clients from point A to point B.

My marketing evolution perfectly illustrates why one-size-fits-all business advice often fails. During a recent 30-day Reels challenge, I diligently followed every best practice: trending music, proven templates, perfect hooks. The results? Minimal engagement.

And I am not saying you don’t need a strategy. We all need them if we want to create something sustainable. But each business strategy should be as unique as we are.

Step 5: Creating Sustainable Business Visibility

Today, my approach to business visibility contradicts most traditional advice. Instead of rigid posting schedules and trend-chasing, I follow my natural energy flow. Some weeks bring abundant content creation; others focus on observation and integration.

This alignment with my Projector nature has created something remarkable: sustainable success without burnout. By sharing insights from genuine inspiration rather than obligation, I’ve found my content naturally reaches the right audience.

And to be honest, this blog is another example of how I can use my projector energy strategically. Cause if I would post these insights on Instagram, they would fall into a void after 24 hours, but here, they’re timeless. Think about it.
